Last night after a simply wonder day in Hilo HI, we attended the Exclusive Sommelier Dinner. At the helm for the evenings event was Jacques Louw, Cellar Master. I will tell you all there and now this was a true celebration of Food and Wine. My hat is off you Jacques, for a job well done. Of course, two of our favorite people helped to make the evening, Suryojit Das and Antina D. Astuti, the Pinnacle Grill Chef and Pinnacle Grill Manager respectively.
