Friday was a theme night in the dining room and the dining staff were all dressed up:
Today was our second day at sea and enjoyed a cooking class with one of our favorite guest chefs “Denise Vivaldo”. Simply put if you are ever on a ship and see her on the program do not miss her demos. We cooked and the eat Coconut Shrimp with Mango Salsa, Garlic Snow Peas with Almonds, and Pineapple and Raisin Rice Salad. Fun for all:
We end the day with Australian Theme dinner in the Pinnacle Grill, with Kangaroo, Emu, Crocodile Soup, Shrimp on the Barbie and Lamb:
The food looks wonderful. Will you be going to western Australia?
Yes we were in Albany today and Perth tomorrow.
How could anyone eat Kangaroo…they are so adorable! But I am curious as to how it tasted
