I understand not all of you are into wines. However, I have received many favorable comments on the previous posting of the Wine Tasting Blogs. Todays selections were all from Italy and for the most part all were very good.
We started off with a sparkling Brut at the Wine Bar:
We transferred into the the Pinnacle Grill and had a Moscato, a sweet wine with a very pleasant green apple nose and flavor:
Our next wine was a Chianti, although it was good Chianti has never been my favorite:
The Santa Chistina below was nice:
This Ten Year old Solaia was very nice:
Lastly Ingo brought out a Brokenwood Shiraz from Hunter Valley, Australia (Not Italy). And if you have not guessed by now, Ingo always saves the best for last:
