Yesterday was Sunday and most of the city was closed for business, families were out together enjoying their day off. The rain is a way of life and it showed. The little single vendor booths are closed and opened quickly when the rain would come, as if the routine had been accomplished a thousand times, as we assume it has.
As todays title stated today was a back to work day and it seemed fitting we share the daily efforts that goes into supplying the city of Manaus. And of course the many outposts up and down the river. Here is our tribute to that effort:
